How do I book a tour?
Book on our website, or contact us via WhatsApp (+90 537 201 03 02).

Do I need to pay in advance?
For most tours, payment is made at time of tour. Balloon and multi-day packages may require a deposit.

What currencies do you accept?
Euro (€), US Dollar ($) and Turkish Lira (₺).

Cancellation & Refunds

What is your cancellation policy?
Free cancellation up to 24 hours before. Less than 24 hours: 50% refund. No-show: no refund.

What if weather cancels my balloon?
Full refund or free reschedule for the following morning.

Hotel Pickup

Do you pick up from all hotels?
Yes — Göreme, Ürgüp, Avanos, Uçhisar and surrounding areas.

Balloon Flights

Is the balloon flight safe?
Yes. All pilots hold SHGM commercial licences and flights include mandatory passenger insurance.

Minimum age?
6 years old. Under 12 must be with a parent.
